An hour-long exercise class, combining Yoga, Pilates and functional movement to lengthen and strengthen the whole body, and to calm the mind. I have been teaching these disciplines over 20 years and really enjoy maximising on the common ground that they share. Classes are small, with a maximum of six participants, so there is plenty of opportunity for individual adaptations as required.
