I am fully qualified in pregnancy and post-natal exercise training, and can tailor your exercise plan to ensure a safe and effective programme throughout your pregnancy. Having two children myself gives me first-hand experience of the symptoms experienced throughout pregnancy, and the need to keep strong and supple at this important time.

The benefits of exercising during pregnancy and post-natally are numerous, but generally improve the health of both the mother and baby. Child birth is probably one of the most physically exhausting things a woman can go through in her life – imagine entering in for a marathon without having done any prior training! It makes sense to get your body into good condition for the challenges that lay ahead.
