Middle Eastern Overnight Oats


Above: Layer each ingredient in or mix it all up, your choice!

Deliciously creamy oats with tahini, figs and pomegranates.


With a Persian take on an oaty staple, this delicious breakfast is high in calcium with the inclusion of figs and tahini.


  • Serves: 3
  • Cook Time: 5 mins + soak


  • 3 cups oats
  • 6 cups nut milk
  • 1 tbsp tahini
  • 3 dried figs
  • handful of pomegranate seeds
  • drizzle of syrup to sweeten (pomegranate or yacon are great)

Soak the oats in the milk of your choice overnight.

Add all other ingredients, mix together and enjoy!
