Middle Eastern Overnight Oats
Deliciously creamy oats with tahini, figs and pomegranates.
With a Persian take on an oaty staple, this delicious breakfast is high in calcium with the inclusion of figs and tahini.

Cook Time: 5 mins + soak
- 3 cups oats
- 6 cups nut milk
- 1 tbsp tahini
- 3 dried figs
- handful of pomegranate seeds
- drizzle of syrup to sweeten (pomegranate or yacon are great)
Soak the oats in the milk of your choice overnight.
Add all other ingredients, mix together and enjoy!
