Here are some ideas that might just help keep you on track to being your best, even in the face of adversity:
- Stick to a regular wake/sleep routine and start your day with a shower and getting dressed
- Get outside for some exercise every day, even just a short walk. A change in atmosphere can make all the difference to your mental state, and will help keep your lungs working to capacity
- Experiment with cooking some healthy meals, using as many veggies as you can get hold of
- Listen to some great music – a wonderful way to lose yourself in the present moment
- Reach out to someone, talking on the phone or just acknowledging people you pass from your safe distance
- Be kind to yourself and others, even if you don’t manage any of the suggestions above! It is a stressful time for everyone and simply acknowledging that we are all a little fragile at the moment can help ease the pressure
