Chocolate Coconut Cream Pots

I’m not usually one for desserts, unless it happens to consist of dark chocolate, and especially  with a hint of orange… so this is one I don’t like to resist!  It’s really just dark chocolate and coconut milk, so despite the indulgence it is nutritionally justified.


  • Serves: 4
  • Preparation Time: 5 minutes
    Cook Time: 15 minutes to chill
    Total Time: 20 minutes


  • 1/2 can of organic coconut milk
  • 100g dark organic chocolate
  • few drops of natural orange oil
  • a sprinkling of grated orange zest (optional)

Break the chocolate up and melt in a double boiler.

Add the coconut milk and orange oil, and mix thoroughly (ideally using a blender).

Pop into the fridge for 15 mins to set, and prepare for a taste sensation.
